Meet Sheila
Sheila is the Chief Operations Officer at Roloff Retirement Solutions, where she supports client service, investment and insurance operations, and the coordination of client and educational events.
Sheila brings a well-rounded professional background spanning insurance, legal administration, education, and accounting. Raised in a military family, she lived in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Guam before beginning her career with Nationwide Insurance as an office manager. After marrying her husband, Mike, an active-duty Coast Guardsman, she continued building her career across multiple states while raising their three children.
The family later settled in Sitka, Alaska, for 12 years, where Sheila held accounting roles with the Sitka School District and remained active in the community.
Following her husband’s retirement from the military, they relocated to Fresno, California, in 2016. There, Sheila worked in property management and earned her real estate license before joining Roloff Retirement Solutions.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and the great outdoors, including whale watching, hiking, and kayaking.
